Galactic Atlas is an interactive 3D visualisation of the Milky Way, designed to help explore the structure of our galaxy, including the central region, spiral arms, the Sun’s approximate location, and other labelled reference features.


Getting Help

If you have a question, find a problem, or would like to suggest an improvement, please contact me using the support email listed on the App Store.


When reporting an issue, it is helpful to include:


- The device you are using

- The version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS

- The version of Galactic Atlas

- A short description of what happened

- Screenshots, if they help explain the issue


Accuracy and Educational Use

Galactic Atlas is intended as an educational and exploratory visualisation.

The structure of the Milky Way is simplified so it can be shown clearly in an interactive 3D app. Some distances, positions, labels, and visual features may be approximate rather than exact scientific measurements.


Privacy

Galactic Atlas does not require an account and does not collect personal information.

Updates


Galactic Atlas may be updated over time with improvements to the galaxy model, labels, visual appearance, controls, and educational content.
